The ideal candidate will need to satisfy the following criteria:

Key responsibilities:

1.Lead the team in the agreed direction of Wear Solutions Sales Manager – Australia.

2.Ensure that all estimating from the Indonesian office is handled with strict compliance to Wear Solutions procedures, especially around approval limits and minimum margins, all the while supporting the business’ direction to maximize margin.

3.Manage incoming orders and inquiries in a prompt fashion and assist the Sales Manager in supporting the wider sales team and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

4.Responsible for taking a lead role in project tendering including identification, estimating, review of commercial terms, completing deviation schedules, and submission of tenders in a prompt fashion.

5.Fulfil any business reporting needs as directed by the Sales Manager.

6.Encourage and maintain safe and efficient work practices in accordance with HMA WS SOP’s or otherwise as directed.

7.Provide Estimating Supervision and Support to Direct Management and Supervision of all Wear Solutions Estimating Resources

8.Influence and empower all estimators to execute their role and use initiative for problem-solving to ensure all performance targets are achieved.

9.Drive a culture consistent with HMA values and goals.

10.Provide clear direction, set expectations for estimating methods under your responsibility, and provide input into necessary tools to improve our processes.

11.Deliver pre- and post-contract services e.g. approval for manufacture, when requested, in accordance with the estimates performed.

12.Interaction with the Drafting department during project execution.

13.Serving the after-sales service needs of all existing HMA Group customers/ clients

Core competencies and skills:

Essential:

• Ability to work within the company's QA system and Code of Business Conduct
• Fluent in English with good verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to effectively manage one’s time.
• Ability to work autonomously
• Possess strong computer skills around the Microsoft Office suite.
• Minimum of 5 years of estimator experience at the supervisory level with production in an engineering environment
• Minimum of 5 years experience with piping system
• Excellent time management
• Highly Motivated & Enthusiastic
