Job Description
Job Purpose


Ensure accurate cost estimation, efficient project management, risk mitigation, and effective collaboration with suppliers


Task List


  • Interpreted design and drawing
  • Pricing & Costing Analyst
  • Establish vendor standar and prospecting potential vendor (vendor analysis, grading, mapping)
  • Pricing strategy and ensure margin are meet target
  • Define quality specification for each project
  • Prepare supporting document necessary for BQ
  • Control & Monitoring the implementation for budget i.e. extra cost risen
  • Establish specification standar & grouping
  • Prepare BQ (Billing Quantity)
  • Bidding & negotiation (ensure for spec, pricing, timeline & TOP are meet the target)


Requirement


S1 Graduate, preferable M/E Engineering and or Interior design


Previous experience as Estimator is a must, with min. 5 years


Very well understand in drawing / design interpretation


Good negotiation skill


Good leadership
