Construction Cost Estimator Jobs

• Advise on a procurement strategy
• Final account
• Preparing preliminary cost plan
• Undertake cost analyst for repair and maintanance project works
• Write progress valuation reports
• Preparing tender and contract document, including bills of quantities
• Value completed work and arrange payment
• Make variation order
• Perform risk, value managememt and cost control
• Measure and value the work done on site (progress valuation)
• Preparing, negotiating and analysing cost for tenders and contracts

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for a Estimator / QS, a bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architect or Civil Engineering. Candidate must have qualification and experience in QS Consultant or interior fit out construction or similar with below qualification:

• Preferred knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
• Previous experience of delivering projects with an understanding of challengers faced in terms of skill in time, cost and quality control and how to overcome them and exceed expectations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and numerous stakeholders ensuring high quality finishes that are on time and in budget
• Willing to work on site
• Good communication in English, both oral and written
• Excellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral English and Chinese
• 3-5 years of experience within a QS consultant or interior fit out consultant
• Able to work under pressure as a team and individually
• Good attitude and communication skill
