Prepare supporting document necessary for BQ

Establish specification standar & grouping

Define quality specification for each project

Establish vendor standar and prospecting potential vendor (vendor analysis, grading, mapping)

Bidding & negotiation (ensure for spec, pricing, timeline & TOP are meet the target)

Pricing strategy and ensure margin are meet target

2. Bid Evaluation: Evaluate vendor proposals and subcontractor bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A master's degree will be an advantage.

4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Onshore LNG industry, including relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

6. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, assess risks, and develop accurate cost estimates.

5. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using industry-standard cost estimation software and tools.

8. Teamwork: Capable of working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and coordinating with various project stakeholders.

Bachelors in engineering with Minimum 8-15 years' experience in Oil and Gas Industry

Considerable Industry experience in senior and lead estimation positions.

General Oil & Gas, LNG experiences are an advantage.

Excellent communications skills (including report writing and presentation) are essential.

Fully versed with Cost Estimating principles, techniques, and industry standard tools.

Proficiency with the use of standard office software such as Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

Minimum D3, majoring in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer or has an experience in sheet metal industrial manufacture.

Accurate, high attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Self-starter, proven track record in organisation and coordination abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for providing analysis and precise estimation for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope requested by Sales.

Identify the inquiry (BOM List and Technical Drawing) to understand the customer needs.

Active input with project management team for the development of procurement and contract packages

S1/bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Civil / Structural preferred)

Perform risk, value managememt and cost control

3-5 years of experience within a QS consultant or interior fit out consultant

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and numerous stakeholders ensuring high quality finishes that are on time and in budget

Excellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral English and Chinese

Preferred knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point

Good attitude and communication skill

Job Title: Senior Estimator Engineer (Onshore LNG Plant)

Duration: 6 months during FEED, with potential extension to 3 years if FID to follow EPC

Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architect/Interior

Experience: at least 2 years of working experience as Estimator/Costing/Procurement Project Interior/Civil

Has experience in the contractor Interior Industry/Architect Industry

a) Minimum two years’ experience in cost estimating project especially steel structure, mechanical piping scope.

• Develop accurate detail cost re-estimation,

• Review, analyze and recalculate every cost estimation prepared by NOLA, office estimator, other parties,

• Periodically giving update data of labor, material and equipment unit cost rates,

• Provide appropriate and technically accountable cost re-estimation recommendation,

• Monitor approved AFE cost estimation and its execution,
