Prepare supporting document necessary for BQ

Establish specification standar & grouping

Define quality specification for each project

Establish vendor standar and prospecting potential vendor (vendor analysis, grading, mapping)

Bidding & negotiation (ensure for spec, pricing, timeline & TOP are meet the target)

Pricing strategy and ensure margin are meet target

2. Bid Evaluation: Evaluate vendor proposals and subcontractor bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A master's degree will be an advantage.

4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Onshore LNG industry, including relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

6. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, assess risks, and develop accurate cost estimates.

5. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using industry-standard cost estimation software and tools.

8. Teamwork: Capable of working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and coordinating with various project stakeholders.

Advise management for several project that may effect to our PnL

Having experience as costing in retail industry is preferred

Strong in analytical thinking & good communication skill

Advance skill in using Ms. Excel

Preparing costing formula for our product based on project and brand

Analyze the production variance of material cost and overhead costs in order to establish prices of products

Minimum 3 years’ experience in cost management

Cost and contract management experience in various capital project

Prepare cost reports, analysis, cost elements in a contract, budgets, cost risk assessment and other document related to cost management

Active input with project management team for the development of procurement and contract packages

Having an knowledge in materials used in the project with the specifications dan price.

S1/bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Civil / Structural preferred)
