Product Manager For Payment Squad

The ideal candidateis an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Especially work closely with reservation and settlement team to keep our system of record in good shape.

Responsibilities

• Create Product Vision for logistic squad to transform current system to next generation system
• Liaison with stakeholder on weekly basis to update planning and development of our digital product
• Document current system in effort to deeply understand how it work, this is important as milestone to do transformation
• Collaborate across team especially with data, product designer, product research, engineering and ERP team to contribute insight and ideas to improve our platform based on data and user needed & pain point
• Craft and execute the product roadmap and accountable for the quality and timeliness deliverables

Qualifications

• Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills
• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle process such as Agile, Scrum, XP and Lean Startup
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting
• Big plus for previously handling payment integration
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Having eye for detail and ability to work on complex system
