Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Payment Staff role located in Sunter, Jakarta Utara, Indonesia at WOM Finance's Head Office. The Payment Staff will be responsible for processing and monitoring payments, verifying the accuracy of payment information, handling any payment-related discrepancies, and ensuring the timely and accurate execution of all payment transactions.

Qualifications

• Having knowledge of multi-finance business is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Prior experience working with payments or financial transactions preferred
• Having a minimum 1 year of experience in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and other payment processing software
• Have some knowledge in Bank reconciliation, payment, and accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Willing to be placed at Sunter, Jakarta Utara.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
