Having knowledge of multi-finance business is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields

Prior experience working with payments or financial transactions preferred

Have some knowledge in Bank reconciliation, payment, and accounting.

Having a minimum 1 year of experience in related field

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills

Attention to detail, follow-up, and time management skills

Ensure all information is accurate, payment terms are agreed upon, and management has approved the transaction

Working closely with finance and operations team to reconcile the data

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related area from a reputable university, fresh graduate is welcomed

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Superior planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

Monitoring each payment made from customers on each platform

Confirmation on each payment promotion made, align with term and condition on each promotion / partners / vendors

Internally coordinate related partners to execute orders after payment verified within SLA

Negotiate and structure pricing, expectations and term sheets for prospective partners

Maintaining strong business relationships with clients

Minimum 4 years' experience in actuarial works and have knowledge in actuarial software (Prophet).

To perform experience studies of life insurance.

Minimum pass 2 - 3 actuarial exams from actuarial professional qualification (PAI/ US / UK / Australia, etc.).

Having working experience in life insurance industry or financial institution will be advantages.

To ensure the accuracy of data used for valuation and actuarial reporting.

To ensure the valuation and actuarial reports are accurate and timely.

Responsible to do administrative activities related to Corporate Service & Communication.

Making reports periodically and preparing files to be given to several external parties.

Having a minimum Bachelor Degree in any major, having a Law major degree would be an advantage.

Mempersiapkan data (input data lembur,upload file,offboarding,uploaddataworkfile)

Melakukan prosespayroll(pay cycle, bank transfer, jurnal)

Payroll report(monthly report&audit trial, cek BTL &seal,jurnal detail,closing pay cycle,tax report)

Pendidikan terakhir minimal D3 semua jurusan, dengan IPK minimal 3,00 dari 4,00.

Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang serupa minimal 2 tahun.

Memiliki minat dengan hal detil.
