Your Role

• Manage and reduce complexity
• Coordinate product localizations across regions
• Take responsibility for all tasks related to Product Life Cycle management (from new product introduction to phase out):
• Contribute to increasing sustainability of packaging in line with sustainability KSI (e. g. DG, market needs, regulatory obligations etc.)
• Coordinate raw material shortage management with a cross-functional team comprising of Operations & Supply Chain, Purchasing and business
• Drive proactive risk mitigation to avoid supply disruptions
• Drive COGS initiatives and lead cross functional Technical Platform Team (TPT) meeting for the initiation of and the follow-up on cost out projects to ensure product profitability optimization
• Support strategic purchasing measures to lower product cost for relevant baskets
• Monitor raw material and manufacturing cost development and provide a product cost outlook
• Drive product and portfolio management along the SBU strategy and take responsibility for the product segmentation of the product ranges
• Steer product phase out process cross SBU for products under PLM ownership
• Accompany product introductions and coordinate with S&OP and innovation team
• Initiate and control all product related packaging changes and if applicable labelling changes

YOUR SKILLS

• Service experience in the product line with knowledge of Hot Melt, Water based, and Polyurethane technologies is preferable
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Henkel SAP and Data Warehouse systems
• Experienced with excel and data analytic tools such as Power BI, Tableau
• At least 8 years working experience in related field. 3+ years Product Development or Technical Customer
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, science, engineering or any related field.
• Ability to prioritize/organize work load.
• MBA is desirable
• 2+ years commercial experience in target markets for the product line desirable.
• Ability to lead and influence to accomplish objectives through others.
