Associate Product Manager, Apac

Flash Coffee is one of Asia's fastest-growing tech-enabled coffee chains. With a strong backing and after finalising our Series B1 in June 2022, we are ready to build the market winner in the region.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible and accountable to define and deliver mobile and web product solutions that contribute to the growth of the business across the region.

What You'll Do

We are building out our offerings, and the potential opportunities are many and exciting. In this role, you will:

• Project manage the process of bringing your product from start to finish.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams at Flash Coffee to bring products to market, and maximize the reach and impact of the Products team.
• Create products on mobile and web that help our customers discover and purchase beverages and foods, and help them gamify and share the experience.
• Define, build, and enhance consumer growth strategy across the customer journey.
• Support our business acceleration efforts via third-party integrations.
• Envision beyond the typical confines of the business we are in and come up with new catalysts into new businesses.

Basic Qualifications

• You must be fluent in professional spoken and written English.
• You command attention in your meetings and communicate concisely and precisely.
• You know the fundamentals of project management and consistently practice it.
• Strategic - You can help craft a coherent product vision, strategy and quarterly roadmap that your team and the business rallies behind.
• Customer obsession — you are passionate about building amazing customer experience. You enjoy tackling complex product challenges and simplifying them to avoid making them our customers' problems.
• Designer and technical proficiency — you have collaborated with designers and engineers in building successful consumer products.
• Minimum 1+ years of product management experience delivering successful and innovative mobile and/or web products with your fingerprints all over them — and you are proud of what you've accomplished.
• Analytical chops — you find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story. You know how to wield it but also know where it can lead you astray.
• Business-minded - You are passionate about building businesses, not features. You not only own the user metrics but also own and optimize business performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with teams from diverse backgrounds and different locations.
• Experience growing products from 0 to 1 to 100.
• Experience in the food and beverage or e-commerce industries.
