Sr. Consumer & Product Research

Scope of work:

• Gather product ideas for New Product Development
• Following interview and survey to gather deeper insight from real customers
• Create product brief and give ideation for marketing points
• Report the product performance from sales and insight from marketing KOL

Requirements:

• Have knowledge or records proven of creating a good product ideas/launch
• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any major.
• Able to conduct research on current market trends.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast.
• Have experience in handling NPD from ideation, able to present in short term period
• Understand the projection of market needs, ability to predict what's the priority for brand images & marketing needs
• Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO policy.
• Minimum 1-year experience in beauty product development.
• Following the trends on market, local and international, for products, ingredients, and what user need
