Job Description

Scope of work:

  • Following interview and survey to gather deeper insight from real customers
  • Gather product ideas for New Product Development
  • Create product brief and give ideation for marketing points
  • Report the product performance from sales and insight from marketing KOL


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO policy.
  • Understand the skincare and beauty industry, the one that really loves to explore and try the products
  • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Following the trends in market, local and international, for products, ingredients, and what users need
  • Having experience in beauty product development is a point plus.
