Jr. Product Manager (Talent Pool)

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior Product Manager to join our client's team in Jakarta. As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role in assisting with product planning, development, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
• Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Support product launches and provide training and support to internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define product features and specifications.
• Assist with product planning and roadmap development, including gathering requirements, conducting market research, and identifying customer needs.
• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and analyze metrics to drive product improvements.
• Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• 1-3 years of experience in a product management role or relevant internship experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with product management tools and platforms.
• Experience working in the technology industry or with software development projects.
