Job Description

Opening Position: Admin Sales E-commerce


:

  • Provide knowledgeable information or answer to incoming chat / e-mail inquiries either through marketplace or webstore (e-commerce platform)
  • Make daily report of sales transaction and number of chats /claims in all Marketplace and webstore
  • Assist any sales and marketing admin tasks.
  • Liaise with logistic department to check shipment status of customers’ orders.
  • Upload products image or update necessary information to Marketplace

Requirements

  • High responsibility, pay attention to details and having good communication skills.
  • Male / Female Age minimum 22 years old
  • Experienced handle customer by chat calmly
  • Willing to work flexible hours as needed
  • Diploma holder degree in any major
  • Min. 1.5 years experiences as Customer / sales Support, especially for E-Commerce
  • Comfortable using Ms. Excel and word.
