About the Team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our continued growth and expansion.
Roles&responsibilities
1. Manage day to day monitoring vendors' performance, proactively detect potential risks and take solid actions to ensure and maintain good performance;
2. Responsible for the workflow of sites' moderation operation in Ecommerce including product, content and live streaming moderation;
3. Deep dive into sites' performance analysis, contribute insights, set up realistic and stretching goals and KPI metrics, keep tracking and driving efficient actions;
4. Seek improvement opportunities as process expert to help to improve vendors' operation management efficiency;
5. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, such as policy teams, product & system teams, to help launch new workflows;
6. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product and Engineering), to build logical operational processes and tooling investments.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
2. 5+ years’ experience working with in Vendor Management / Operations Management;
3. Past experiences in large scale operations working across or coordinating with multiple domains and business units;
4. Highly proficient in Excel;
5. Driven, motivated and proactive; excellent coordination, communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
6. The ability to not only think outside the box to identify issues and work to resolve them in partnership with business leaders, but also bring in new ideas to innovate in our day to day operations;
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
