As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing trade marketing strategies while collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure the growth and profitability of the product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Budget Management: Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired results
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on trade marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management
• Market Research: Conduct regular market research to gather insights, consumer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align trade marketing strategies with overall business objectives
• Merchandising: Collaborate with retailers to ensure effective in-store merchandising, shelf placement, and POS materials to enhance product visibility and customer engagement
• Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for the products
• Trade Marketing Materials: Develop and distribute trade marketing materials to support sales teams and partners
• Channel Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage key distribution channels, including retail stores, pharmacies, and e-commerce platforms, to optimize product visibility and availability
• Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, making data-driven decisions to improve product performance
• Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute trade promotions, campaigns, and activations tailored to target audiences, including mothers and caregivers, to drive product sales and brand awareness

Key Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• A passion for the mom and baby industry and a deep understanding of consumer needs in the segment will be a major plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
