Trade Marketing Activation & Branding

Trade Marketing Activation & Branding will play a key role in developing and executing the strategies to increase brand visibility and drive Retail Outlet engagement, This role requires an in-depth understanding of branding principles, Retail Outlet behavior and market trends. Trade Marketing Activation & Branding will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

• Being on top of the latest social media trends with current technologies, design tools and applications
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Collaborate with related teams to provide key visuals for flyers, posters and other materials in a clear & creative way so that the message is conveyed and easily understood by retail outlet
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers and researching popular content ideas
• Analyze our ongoing campaigns as well as those of competitors and proactively identify and make recommendations on poor-performing content and social-channel engagement
• Creating social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and boost community engagement with retail outlets
• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns in retail outlet and ensure brand consistency including building new presences on emerging platforms

Job Requirements

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand activation campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Min 3 years professional experience in brand activation, with a focus on experiential marketing
• Must be able to handle stress and be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
