We are hiring a Trade Marketing Staff to support our business administration in General Trade and Modern Trade. Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a knack for Excel? Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a demonstrated ability to use advanced functions and formulas.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in administration in FMCG industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Roles:

• Maintain and monitor an accurate sales records, monitor inventory levels, efficiently manage invoices and any sales documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations and support General Trade / Modern Trade initiatives.
• Provide exceptional administrative support to enhance the efficiency of our sales and key account team.
• Compile comprehensive reports, combining data into a single, organized file using advanced Excel functions.
