About the opportunity
Role purpose
To develop the most effective and efficient in-store marketing plan based on shopper
and channel priorities to achieve business objective.
Role accountabilities
- Trade marketing are responsible.
- Allocate trade expenditure budgets by channel and in-store activity.
- Attending key selling meetings where specialist input will add value.
- Process and ensure planned trade marketing activity is aligned with
- Objectives and constraints.
- Support the process of developing business plans for key customers.
- Evaluate company performance against the annual shopper and channel
- Provide appropriate information to the annual planning and the short term
- Define priority shopper segments and objectives for priority shopper segments.
- Define the best Route To Market Strategies for General Trade Channel exspansion.
- Brief the design of POSM materials to marketing.
- Define strategies to achieve objectives in priority channels.
- Develop plans for each priority channel to achieve shopper and channel
- Plan changes to in-store communication to shoppers and implements for
- Develop selling stories to support in-store initiatives.
- Define the ideal in-store marketing mix that must be achieved in each priority channel to achieve objectives for priority shopper segments in priority channels.

About You:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in in trade marketing or sales within the dairy or FMCG industry
- Good knowledge of trade marketing (RTM/RGM) in general trade channels. Modern Trade channel understanding would be beneficial.
- Functional expertise in Merchandising, Sales, Marketing & Promotion
- Moderate Statistical Analytical skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor Degree from a top or reputable University in Indonesia
