Job Description

Havaianas Indonesia team is looking for a seasoned rockstar marketing professional who can lead the marketing function & catapult the Brand to its next phase of growth.


JOB DESCRIPTION (INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO)


  • Conduct periodic market research &analyze data to derive insights about customer behavior and Brand power
  • Prepare marketing budgets, track spends & re-calibrate the budget based on sales performance & ever changing business needs
  • Manage ATL & BTL marketing activities
  • Present ideas & final deliverables to internal & external teams, and lead the discussion during business reviews
  • Design & develop an effective KOL & Influencer strategy to drive high engagement & grow Brand awareness
  • Regularly look for opportunities to bring in marketing best practices (tools, templates, methodologies) and raise the bar of performance for Marketing
  • Design & implement strategies for marketing function, including digital, ATL, BTL & all communications
  • Liaise with teams to understand marketing needs, create & execute campaigns to aid sales & awareness
  • Ensure our Brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts, like events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional material, online & offline store representations
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics (both offline & digital) and tools to provide analytics & insights
  • Negotiate with vendors & marketing agencies to get high quality & timely deliverables at optimum costs
  • Develop requisite measures, dashboards to review performance, track & monitor the various metrics (new launches, media campaign effectiveness, media spends) and initiate necessary actions to address deviations
  • Manage the learning & developments needs of the team below. Recruit, mentor & coach them continuously to make it a high performance independent team
  • Engage continuously & effectively with the Brand Principal to adhere to the Brand global guidelines


TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa & English, should possess both street-smart & also polished communication skills
  • Extremely high degree of attention to details. Willing to listen to new ideas and learn continuously
  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills
  • Excellent team player. Very strong people skills. Extrovert & outgoing
  • Excellent at Power Point, Word & Excel 2. SEO, SEM, GDN, Affiliates, Performance marketing
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and ever changing business environment
  • Great to have experience with Shopify, Google Analytics
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
  • Should have strong entrepreneurial & leadership skills. High degree of ownership & accountability
