Jr. Finance Jobs

Junior Finance is responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) function and ensuring that all customer payments are accurately recorded, tracked, and collected in a timely manner. Overall, this role is to ensure the financial health of the organization by managing the AR function, ensuring tax compliance, and preparing accurate financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve the AR & Tax process to ensure that it is efficient and effective.
• Managing the accounts receivable process, which involves creating invoices, following up on payments, and ensuring timely collections.
• Creating financial reports that accurately reflect the financial status of the organization.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Handling tax-related payments and fillings are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Required language(s): English
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have experience in handling foreign client.
• Have experience in digital product. Understand gaming business is a plus.
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in finance/Accountancy.
• At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and fresh graduate are welcome.
• Strong understanding of finance, AR, and tax regulations.
• Brevet A&B Certification is a must, Brevet C is a plus
