Job Description

s:

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
  • Process incoming orders
  • Handle customer requests regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Update product listing on e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor and respond to all customer inquiries, order-related questions, concerns, reviews, and feedbacks


Job Requirements:

  • Able to multitask in handling customer
  • Experience in administration will be a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a decent phone and laptop
  • Fast response and willing to work long hours including weekend
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia
