About The Role

This role will focus on the marketing aspect of GoFood Merchant initiatives in acquiring new merchants, until improving merchants’ promo participation within GoFood. The initiatives will range from communications, and products, to projects related. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Lifecycle, Growth & Strategy, and Product team.

What You Will Do

• Create initiatives & supervise the executions of GTM plans to help these “virgin” merchants to get their first transactions (incubation plans)
• Plan and optimize budget utilization for effective marketing campaigns
• Create & supervise the executions of initiatives & GTM plans to help smoothen newly onboarded merchants being onboarded in GoBiz
• Collaborate with other stakeholders such as Social Media, Education, and Sales teams in creating a curriculum for education
• Design education collaterals to help merchants get their first transactions (one-pagers, booklet, videos)
• Work and direct copywriters and designers to produce well-fitting content for MSMEs
• Analyze the performance results for each initiative and GTM made
• Manage the timeline for content creation and communication schedule
• Sustain the Top of Mind of GoFood to be the first Online Food Delivery for potential merchants by maintaining the SEO & Digital Marketing

What you Will Need

• Bonus points if proficient with SQL
• Had prior experience in planning and using in-app and external communication channels (PN, Email, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Experienced in stakeholder management
• Possess the critical capability to create marketing initiatives that contribute to business impact
• At least 3 years experience in Product Marketing/Growth Marketing
• Excellent Project Management skill
