Responsibilities for Product Designer

●Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product

●Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming

●Engaging audiences and using sketches, blueprints, and prototypes to gather feedback.

●Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts

●Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions

●Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations

●Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.

●Translating research into feasible ideas and designs that will satisfy consumers.

●Using 3D modeling software for detailed designs.

Qualifications for Product Designer

●Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred

●Bachelor's degree in industrial design, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.

●Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing,

prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing

●Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

●Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal

●Good understanding of color science and combinations

●Artistic and innovative flair

●Excellent attention to detail

●Meticulous and diligent

●Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends

●Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time

●Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback

●Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts

●Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences

●Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
