:

• Monitor the operational development of all digital products to ensure alignment with agreed strategies and timelines.
• Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and timely reports to communicate departmental performance achievements.
• Develop/update policies, procedures, and work instructions in the department to support smooth operational flow.
• Handle measurement and data analysis of performance for all digital products to enhance product functionality and user experiences.
• Implement innovative improvement programs in accordance with company regulations to increase work productivity.
• Coordinate the preparation of development for all digital products to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Effectively address and resolve work-related issues within designated time standards, aiming to prevent future occurrences.
• Manage the development planning of all digital products, including vision, product roadmap, etc., to meet the needs of stakeholders.

Job Requirement:

• This position will report to the Division Head of Data, providing regular updates and insights on product performance and strategy.
• Proficient in Project Management, with expertise in both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner for digital products, particularly those centered around native applications (iOS/Android) that are used by external users.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful product management experience and highlighting the impact on business outcomes.
• Strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, leveraging supporting data to provide recommendations and make informed decisions.
• Proven experience in leading teams, with a track record of effectively managing and mentoring team members. Specifically, experienced in leading teams of at least 2 members.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
• Excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competition.
