What you can expect to work on:

• Conceptualize and design unique and innovative collections that align with our brand identity and target audience.
• Develop detailed product specifications and design mock-ups for production.
• Collaborate with the design, merchandising, and marketing team, to understand customer preferences and market trends.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to stay innovative and relevant in the market.
• Conduct thorough research on the latest trend on designs, materials, and technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on customer feedback and market demands.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure design feasibility and maintain product quality.
• Participate in prototype testing to ensure design integrity and functionality.

What do you need to succeed:

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Design, or related role.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production limitations for different kind of products.
• Proficiency in design and 3D softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, or other relevant tools.
• Excellent creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to think critically, express opinions, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
