Senior Lead Product Manager - Ads Solutions

What You Will Do

• Develop improvement and solutions to support the growth of products
• Monitor product implementation and ensure the timely progress
• Manage data-driven prioritization to ensure timely execution
• Establish shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall product roadmap based on the priority and effort needed
• Define the key metrics that inform the success of products
• Drive shared vision and prioritize roadmap for products based on market opportunity
• Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to the product team
• Engage closely and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, and business) in delivering product excellence

What You Will Need

• Excellent strategic thinking skills, capable of envisioning and executing product roadmaps that align with overall business goals
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles, collaborating closely with design teams to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams to achieve product excellence
• Previous experience in Ads technology is a strong plus, demonstrating a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and related technologies
• Comprehensive knowledge of technology trends, with the ability to assess and integrate emerging technologies into product strategies
• Strong expertise in data-driven analysis, using quantitative insights to drive product decisions and optimizations
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products
