Our CLIMATE ACTION CENTER platform provides powerful data-driven tools and insights such as:
- SUSTAINABILITY Tools that automate sustainability data gathering, analysis and reporting
- RESILIENCE Tools that anticipate and monitor climate-related risks and natural hazards
We are looking for a Business Development (BD) Manager who will lead the go to market strategy for our Climate Action Center platform within Indonesia focusing on ESG & Sustainability Solutions.
The BD Manager will lead the engagement with potential customers and partners to understand, measure and validate demand; work closely with the product and insights teams to develop a product roadmap that will meet customer demand; and build and close a strong and diverse sales pipeline that will drive sustainable revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Close new business and deliver revenues to meet or exceed sales goals
- Lead the efforts to identify, qualify and engage prospects within Indonesia
- Partner with product teams to define, shape and position new product offerings aligned with market demand and needs
- Work with market research teams to develop a sales strategy to drive new business and identify scalable market opportunities for ESG & Sustainability Solutions business in Indonesia
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in selling ESG & Sustainability Solutions with t rack record of successful engagement and revenue generation with customers across various sectors (preferably SaaS subscription based services)
- Support Komunidad's advocacy and social impact objectives
- Ability to generate new business opportunities by thoroughly understanding Komunidad's unique approach in providing Climate Action tools across various sectors
- Demonstrable consultative selling skills: ability to engage with client decision makers, understand and value their challenges and motivations and position Komunidad's solutions
- Desire to learn and work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment
