Senior Brand Manager | Beauty

As they continue to expand their market presence and growth, they are currently seeking a passionate Brand Manager to join the team. • Monitor market performance and update daily/monthly on key initiatives such as BAU/Campaign GMV, new launch sell through rate vs target, pricing index vs competition, platform and competitors’ activities
• Manage the brand life cycle including preparations for launch of new potential indications
• Identify strategic market opportunities and make recommendations to enhance market potential and brand penetration
• Work with legal, regulatory, market research & product development team to drive implementation of the brand & product strategy. Work closely with R&D to develop new products and effectively communicate product USP to the market.
• Work closely with Ecommerce commercial and cross functional team to identify growth strategies and priorities
• Track, evaluate and optimize all investments so that the spend is within budget and has healthy ROAS

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing communication, or related field in the FMCG industry, experience and passion in the beauty category is preferable.
• Ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experienced in branding principles and marketing concepts with successful brand campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experienced in a company with strong digital footprint is a major plus
• Fluent written and communication skill in English
• Experience in managing budgets and achieving ROI targets.
• Strong relation with media and agency
• Data savvy, had experience working with marketing data or brand research
• Experience working with influencer marketing and digital business
• Understanding how to operate e-commerce business and how to drive digital content
