Solutions Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

1. Defining, prioritizing, and executing the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development team, marketing, and sales.
2. Identifying market opportunities and conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
3. Creating and maintaining detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) to ensure that engineering and design teams are aligned on product features and functionalities.
4. Developing and implementing product go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotion, and distribution plans.
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling product messaging, positioning, and collateral.
6. Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
7. Conducting regular product reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and iterate on the product to meet user needs.
8. Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the specific industry.
3. Demonstrated success in managing and launching products from ideation to market.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
6. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
7. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
