General management, leadership skills and performance driven

10+ sales, business management or marketing experience preferably in automation industry with at least 5 years experience in managing a team.

Education Qualifications / Work Experience

Responsible for strategic organization planning, management and development of team including hiring, retention, performance review, coaching & development

Responsible for delivering great customer experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the specific industry.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Developing and implementing product go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotion, and distribution plans.

Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling product messaging, positioning, and collateral.
