Offline Product Marketing Manager

We are currently hiring a Offline Product Marketing Manager responsible for driving revenue and consumer growth through developing & executing strategic product marketing activities.

The Offline Product Marketing Manager is part of the Digital Marketing team of Trans Entertainment and will work across functions with a variety of stakeholders and work closely to support the Business Unit.

Developing and implementing effective product marketing strategies and plans and working with various teams (design, acquisition, etc.) to drive brand awareness & sales growth for a specific product.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring competitors' products to identify competitive gaps and opportunities.
• Developing and implementing a product marketing plan in line with the company’s business & strategic objectives
• Conducting product training for field sales & other audiences.
• Build long-term portfolio strategy and identifying opportunities for new product development.
• Analysing sales, financial, and market data to support planning & forecasting and arrive at recommendations to achieve objectives
• Working closely with other teams to develop promotional programs & tools to support the delivery of product plans & new product launches

Qualifications

• Strong expertise across various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
• Organized and self-disciplined, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Minimum have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a product marketing role and a demonstrated track record of driving growth in a similar product category.
• Prior experience in launching new products or new markets is a strong plus.
• You have the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• A problem solver and strategic thinker
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
