Job Description
We have been retained by global leaders and pioneers in the electronic consumer product industry with presence across 40 countries offering world-class vaping solutions to place a B2B Partnership Manager.


We encourage dynamic sales, business development, and retail engagement professionals to apply for this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Achievement of B2B Offline Sales Target of 90% and Online Platform Sales Target of 10%.
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand market reach.
  • Analyse market dynamics, obtain insights on competition, and provide reports to head of departments.
  • Report to Owner and BOD.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, product launches, and partnership initiatives.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing partners and continuously seeking new business opportunities and lead partners to achieve mutual goals and improve business engagement.
  • Acquisition of strategic partners (B2B), product assessment, and negotiation.
  • Identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and develop new business avenues.
  • New customer acquisition and business development through offline B2B sales and online platforms to dropshippers or resellers on social media sites.
  • Monitor the overall engagement and project, oversee the progress, and project timeline management.


Requirements :


  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
  • Ability to create effective planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem solve.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with social media strategies and platforms.
  • Experience with content creation & public relation is a plus, even if not professionally.
  • Strong understanding of consumer goods market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
  • Good skill in project management and negotiation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Communication, Management, Marketing Management, or Business Administration.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience at a Managerial level in B2B sales within the consumer goods industry, f&b retail, or startup companies.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, creative and innovative.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic successful partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
