Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships
  • Working with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for products or services
  • Establishing new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements
  • Establishing new business partners, especially in Industrial and or Modern Trade Segment
  • Developing marketing strategies and tactics to promote the partnership to customers and other stakeholders
  • Using data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships
  • Developing and managing long-term relationships with partners in order to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty


Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree from any majors
  • Have background in FMCG industry is a plus
  • 3-5 years experience in partnership/enterprise development preferable in Modern Trade and/or industry segment
  • Track record of high performance in prior roles
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and to drive to clarity, with a mindset of building repeatable processes for the future
  • Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach to addressing partner needs
  • Independent thinker with the ability to see ideas in unconventional ways
  • Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
  • Data-driven and results-focused
  • Solid understanding of partnerships and alliances and how they can create value for the business
  • Willing to work in Lippo St.Moritz Tower, Meruya, West Jakarta
