* Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our business strategy. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy with a good and strong relationship with clients.
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on sales/ GMV gain and customer satisfaction
* Maintain database leads (online and offline), and analysing existing leads, workload and GMV target
* Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, do canvasing for offline leads regularly
* Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
* Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
* Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
* Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Responsible on the product development process and maintain existing Sales tools and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor degree in university, majoring in Architect/ Interior Designer/ Civil/ Management or relevant field of study, 1-2 year experience managing project sales/ business development in similar fields
* Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role
* Proven sales track record
* Experience in customer support is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Proficiency in English
* Market knowledge in Property, Fit-Out Office or any relevant and know the tendering process
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain rapport, details and active
* Time management and planning skills
