Job Description
Job Brief


As a Sales B2B Fruits professional, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling fruits to businesses, meeting revenue targets, and building strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients. Your ability to understand the needs of businesses and provide them with the right fruit products and solutions will contribute to the success and growth of the fruit sales division.



  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Providing regular reports to management on sales achievements and challenges.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and quality control to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying potential B2B clients, generating leads, and prospecting to expand the customer base for fruit sales.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, demand patterns, and competitor activities in the B2B fruit sales sector.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets and revenue goals for the B2B fruit sales segment.
  • Processing orders from B2B customers, ensuring accurate fulfillment, and coordinating delivery logistics.
  • Providing excellent customer support to address any inquiries, concerns, or issues that B2B clients may have.
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms of sales agreements with B2B clients to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the different types of fruits available, their seasonal availability, and their specific uses to better assist B2B customers.


Requirements


  • Strong negotiation abilities to discuss pricing, contracts, and terms with potential clients and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food or agricultural industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of fruits, their varieties, seasonal availability, quality standards, and applications in different industries (e.g., hospitality, food service, retail) is important to effectively communicate with B2B clients and address their specific needs.
  • The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients is critical for repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, agriculture, food science, or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively conveying product information, negotiating with clients, and building lasting relationships.
