We are growing fast, and are looking for a talented B2B Marketing Manager to help us accelerate our growth.
The Position
We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenB2B Marketing Managerto lead and execute our business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building brand recognition within the B2B sector.
Who you are and whom we’re seeking:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience in the Technology and SAAS industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.
- If you can play badminton and tell some good jokes is a big plus!
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content.
- Proven experience 4 years in B2B marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Things you need to fulfill as a B2B Marketing Manager:
- Create compelling and relevant B2B content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and presentations.
- Develop and manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various activities.
- Develop and optimize lead nurturing workflows to guide leads through the sales funnel.
- Oversee the company’s social media presence on B2B platforms, engaging with industry professionals and thought leaders.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop strategies to maximize the company’s visibility and engagement at events.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Identify relevant industry events and tradeshows for participation and manage the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution.
- Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure budget efficiency.
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns targeting B2B customers.
- Manage the company’s B2B website, ensuring it is up-to-date, optimized for SEO, and user-friendly.
- Ensure content resonates with the target audience and supports the buyer’s journey.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and maximize conversion rates.
- Utilize market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine existing strategies.
- Develop comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive lead generation efforts through various channels such as content marketing, email campaigns, webinars, events, and partnerships.
