Partnership Associate Jobs

We’re seeking a dynamic and hungry individual to join us as Partnership Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with partners. You will also collaborate with our top-notch teams in business development, product, tech, and many more.

Job description and responsibilities:

• Acquire new partners and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics related to partnership performance, identify areas for improvement, and escalate issues to the appropriate partner contact.
• Track ongoing partnerships, ensuring timely completion of documentation, agreement review, technical meetings, and API discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Durianpay team (Business Development, Product, Legal and Compliance, etc.)
• Lead the negotiation process, including business contracting, to ensure successful partnerships that support Durianpay's product and business objectives.
• Prepare reports on partnership performance for internal stakeholders, including BOD BOC reports, weekly partnership updates, monthly updates, and other meetings as required.
• Act as the point of contact and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.

Requirements:

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Graduates of industrial engineering/economics/finance/management is preferred.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Bahasa and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Live in Jakarta and willing to work from office when needed.
• Min. 1 year of experience in commercial partnership or business development, preferably in the fintech/finance industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge or experience in online payments/online ecommerce and legal/law background will be a plus.
