Business Development - Partnership Activation Manager
What We’re Looking For
KarirLab is an early-stage startup incubated at Yale University searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a newly founded business. We are backed by prominent VCs and are ready to grow in Indonesia.
We’re specifically looking for a Business Development - Partnership Activation Manager who will roll up their sleeves. You'll be working directly with a small core team of ex-top management consulting firms and Southeast Asian unicorns.
As a key member of our growing team, you will help execute the company's business operations in building the right professional development solutions for our users. Our ideal candidate is ready to hustle and execute with attention to details! To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for self-development and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and drive user onboarding and active user growth, ensuring that it meets the expected outcomes and KPIs
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to effectively onboard campus students, aligning it with the company's objectives
- Ensure the smooth and timely execution of all collaboration programs with campus partners and achieve mutually defined goals
- Create and implement a promotion plan, including schemes and estimated budget, while setting clear targets for achievements and closely monitoring the results
- Take responsibility for completing tasks to high-performance standards, maintaining the company's reputation
- Execute engagement initiatives to meet the specific needs of our campus students, (e.g. conducting online/offline activities, creating relevant content, and providing support). This includes preparing updated presentation materials, organizing training sessions, and scheduling campus visits in collaboration with Campus Organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Partnership
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing/Communication/Business or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word), Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Zoom
- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- Have a strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active team player, independent self-starter who can take initiatives to ask & quickly adjust priorities
- Interest in self & professional development
- Previous experience in SaaS, E-Commerce, or Tech-related industries is a plus
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
