Jack - Transfez - Business Development Support Intern (KYB and Client Relations)

We embarked on our journey in 2020 with the Transfez app, aiming to simplify cross-border transfers that were previously limited to banks and legacy players. However, as we progressed and gained insights from our valued clients, particularly businesses, we realized that there were additional pain points they encountered beyond cross-border transfers. By actively listening and interacting with them, we developed a solution: Transfez for Business.

Jack replaces the Transfez for Business platform. As Jack will be the new face of the company brand, the Transfez consumer app will continue to be a vital part of our family as part of the Jack ecosystem.

Jack, as an all-in-one financial platform, integrating Corporate Card, International & Local Transfer, Bill Payment, Payroll, and Reimbursement for complete financial solutions, aimed to empower businesses from all sizes including startups, SMEs, and established enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes that may impact KYB and client relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information for KYB assessments.
• Conduct follow-up activities with existing and prospective clients, addressing inquiries, collecting feedback, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and KYB processes in our CRM system.
• Assist the business development team in conducting thorough Know-Your-Business (KYB) checks and due diligence on potential clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in business development, client relations, and KYB processes.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.
• Final Year Student or Fresh Graduate in any related major from reputable university.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to join immediately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
