Introduction
Nazava Water Filters is a fast growing social enterprise headquartered in Bandung, Indonesia. With our award winning water filters, we solve one of the biggest global challenges of our time; providing households worldwide with access to safe drinking water. In 2021 we became an international company with the opening of our subsidiary company in Kenya. We are also a strong player in the humanitarian market; our filters have been deployed in disaster response efforts in Indonesia, the Philippines, Nepal, Mozambique, and we have provided 40,000 filters to war victims in Ukraine.
We have a diverse coalition of government, NGO, and private sector partners in Indonesia. Additionally, a growing part of our business involves exports beyond our home markets of Indonesia and Kenya. Given the innovative applications of our product in disaster resilience and response, this often means sales to our international relief partners. However, we would also like to increase retail sales to markets to other Southeast Asian and East African countries. Many offices of our current and potential partners are in Jakarta and many conferences happen there. Thus we are seeking a Jakarta-based Partnership and Export Executive to help develop our network both in Indonesia and abroad.
Task include
- Make quotes for client purchase
- Help creating and improving online and offline content
- Frequently Attend conferences and networking events
- Join Digital Marketing meetings to brainstorm new content
- Help develop new marketing strategies to reach international clients
- Identify and build solid relationships with new clients
- Maintain / develop relations with current and past clients
- Attending domestic and international trade shows
- Sales reporting and keeping track of sales data in CRM
- Assis in develop our export sales channel by identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts
- Frequently visit existing and prospective clients
Skills needed
- Bachelors in sales & marketing, international relations, or other relevant fields. At least two years relevant work experience.
- Background in sales and marketing or business development
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Experience working with international organizations is a big plus.
- Fluent in Indonesian & English.
- Flexible and ready to meet clients demands. Attend meetings and respond to client requests with little or no notice.
- Excellent verbal & written communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
