WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Business Development and Partnership Manager, YOU WILL:

• Liaise and collaborate with Indonesian Business Associations of various industries to enhance the company's brand impression
• Responsible for the operation of the respective industry, including the visitors of the exhibition as well as the re-purchase
• Manage and train department staff, build and develop excellent operation team
• Responsible for tracking and promoting the overall service process of exhibition customers, developing professional exhibition visitor resources, and inviting professional visitors to participate in the exhibition
• Responsible for the daily expansion and maintenance of exhibition to exhibition visitors, integration and mining of local buyers industry resources

Job Requirements:

• Coming from Exhibition Company or Event Services Company is highly preffered
• Familiar in controlling the buyer's operation, event planning and execution, and cross-departmental work connection from the project dimension
• Having exposure and background in one of these industries: Textile, Home Appliances, Industrial Machinery, Building Materials and other respected industry experience
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, Mandarin speaker will be an advantage
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and excellent team player
