Our restaurant is currently looking for talented and dedicated Food & Beverage Sales in Jakarta, who are ready to join and grow with us. You will be the Salespoint of contact for food and beverage and potential customers and will negotiate and confirm all events within the guidelines of the Restaurant Sales Strategy. Additionally you will identify up-selling opportunities, maximize revenue through catering and group bookings, and provide efficient and effective service to handle customer inquiries within predefined parameters in order to close sales. You will report directly to the F&B sales & event manager.

Our requirements:

• Deep knowledge of the food & beverage industry
• At least 2 years experience in the same field
• Great written & verbal communication skills using English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Working knowledge of the latest F&B markets and trends
• Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight
• Bachelor degree in any field
• Strong in inter-personal and leadership skills
• Strong in driving results and good negotiation techniques
• Outstanding selling abilities
• Experience in hotel/restaurant management or F&B business

Responsibility :

• Handling site visit from the guest
• Responds to all guest reservation request and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times
• Act as a main resource for FB reservation agents needing assistance technically or with regards to achieving customer satisfaction
• Understand and enforce restaurant and company credit policies and ensure proper billing instructions, routing instructions and payment methods are applied to the reservations
• Fully knowledgeable about F&B Outlets, rates, promotions, programs, restaurant facilities and services
• Draft and types correspondence, booking contracts, quotations, letter of confirmation, thank you letter for the guest
