Business Development Manager - Logistic (Bandung Area)

Overall job purpose: Drive overall FBL (Fulfillment by Lazada) & MCL (Multi Channel Logistic) Sales Performance, establishment of MCL Infrastructures to low cost WH, Running System, marketing Program for more FBL Exposure to achieve FBL & MCL Commercial targeted performance.

Responsibilities

1. Drive overall FBL & MCL Sales Performance to achieve FBL & MCL Commercial
2. Generate new ideas & initiatives to drive FBL & MCL Sales Performance
3. Create Commercial Plan & Strategy for each full year onwards
4. Maintain overall FBL & MCL Ops Excellence
5. Develop Commercial Program to boost FBL Exposure
6. Cross-function alignment to support FBL & MCL Business needs
7. Drive Marketing Program for more FBL Exposure to gain engagement within participant

Requirements/Qualifications(must have)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
2. At least 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing area

Experience:

1. Marketing & Sales background preferred
2. Had experience in E-commerce/Logistics world is a plus
3. Been in a leading role & Managing Small to medium team to achieve their targets

Competency:

1. Driving E2E business development with hunger & passion
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
3. Have good critical thinking, judgement, decision making and problem solving skills as part of ability to to build a long-term sustainable strategy
4. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
5. Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
6. Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing big group of people, with managerial levels
7. Think beyond one’s areas to manage cross-functional implications
8. Respect other’s point of view with an open-minded
9. Excellent time management
10. Willing to be placed in Bandung
