Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our executive search agency. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency by acquiring new clients and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting our executive search services to prospective clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented team of professionals.


Responsibilities:


  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our executive search agency.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  5. Present and promote our executive search services to prospective clients.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  10. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the executive search industry or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of the executive search industry and familiarity with executive hiring processes.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  5. Demonstrated ability to identify and convert business opportunities into successful deals.
  6. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving goals.
  7. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
