Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and tailor product presentations to showcase how our robotic solutions can enhance their operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the sales manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential growth opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and door-to-door sales efforts to introduce our products and showcase their benefits to potential clients.
- Identify and target potential B2B customers in the restaurant, hotel, and office sectors to promote and sell our robotic products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and expand your network within the restaurant, hotel, and office sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, and effectively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create persuasive sales materials, presentations, and other collateral that align with customer pain points and benefits of our products.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Familiarity with the restaurant, hotel, and office sectors and an understanding of their operational challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the technical features and benefits of our robotic products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Have a B2B sales experience, preferably in the kitchenware or robotic product industry.
