Melakukan monitoring terhadap hasil pelaporan pipeline aktivitas team lending business kantor cabang yang tertuang dalam sales management process

Pengalaman minimal 5 Tahun di sebagai SME Lending Manager di Perbankan atau 10 tahun sebagai SME Account Officer Perbankan

Melakukan analisa terhadap calon debitur yang mengajukan kredit sudah sesuai dengan pasar dan appetite Bank Sahabat Sampoerna

Melakukan proses kredit sesuai denngan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bank Sahabat Sampoerna

Melakukan maintanance terhadap nasabah yang telah bermitra dengan bank agar terjalin hubungan yang baik dengan debitur

Menjaga kualitas portofolio kredit di cabang agar tidak terjadi pemburukan account

Preferably Manager specializing in Life Insurance, Financial Industry or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target bisnis untuk Cabang di bawah koordinasinya.

Mengetahui dan memastikan potensi di Cabang di bawah koordinasinya sehingga dapat mengalokasikan tim yang tepat.

Pengetahuan dan rekam jejak yang baik dalam kepemimpinan dan pengembangan Sales Team pada level Cabang.

Networking bisnis yang luas dalam pemasaran produk perbankan.

Proven experience as business manager or relevant role

Minimum 3-4 years of experience

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

- At least 1 year of experience in handling external distributor

- Experienced working in Multinational/National, FMCG, or F&B industry

- Great leadership and communication skills

- English skills is a plus

- Develop and propose plan based on market assessment to accelerate business growth in the area

- Explore new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers in the channel

Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

At least 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing area

Had experience in E-commerce/Logistics world is a plus

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing big group of people, with managerial levels

Think beyond one’s areas to manage cross-functional implications

Minimum 5-7 years related industry experience which includes cosmetics, 3C, IT ,FMCG, etc.

Proven experience and strong understanding of channel dynamics, relationship required, which includes KA and small medium enterprises.

Extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish sales goal.

Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.

Direct oversight of achieving sales results at developing customers and aligning platform brand strategies.

Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and retail programs within company guideline and budgets.
