• An Indonesian student, studying in Indonesia or abroad (this program is fully remote, you can apply from anywhere in the world!); or
• An alumnus, max. 1 year after graduation

• Help communicate the users' insights clearly and ensure it's well-considered in the decision making
• Help build the internal research capabilities by sharing the research knowledge
• Assist other researchers to design, scope, execute, and analyze the research projects
• Assist other researchers to translate the research findings into a strategic recommendation for stakeholders

Requirements

• Motivated, self-started, high curiosity, dynamic and result-oriented
• Strong understanding, empathy, and sense about customers
• Fresh Grad or final year students
