• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with entering new business areas and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
• Develop comprehensive business plans outlining objectives, target markets, sales strategies, and resource requirements for entering and establishing a presence in new areas.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business expansion strategies.
• Drive the execution of the business expansion plan, including setting up operational infrastructure, distribution networks, and sales channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and local authorities in the targeted new business areas.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in expanding into new business areas and achieving revenue growth.
• Proven experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning.
• Willingness to travel as required to explore and manage new business areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
