Job Description

We are looking for freelancers for Data Entry and Web research positions! Fully remote, flexible working hours, paid in USD. Join one of the biggest cloud computing companies in the life science industry!


We deliver real-time customer intelligence to enable relevant engagement with medical and scientific experts. We gather permission-based data from multiple data touchpoints, creating the richest possible profiles.


As a contractor, you will become a top data curator with one of the biggest cloud computing companies in the life science industry. Your main tasks will be to search the web for information on key people in life science, ranging from searching congresses and associations or identifying degrees, specialties, and workplaces of experts among others.


What you will do

  • Gather data via web research skills
  • Learn how to capture online available data by following specific rules within a 1-month intensive training
  • Become comfortable with medical terms, degrees, specialties & workplaces
  • Follow clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Be part of an international curator network of contractors for Link


Requirements

  • Typical work week is 40 hours
  • Fluent in English, focus on reading and speaking skills; Second European or Middle East language is a plus
  • Prior experience in data entry or similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong Web research skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to deliver high-quality data in accordance with set KPIs
  • Internet connection of minimum 10 mbs - (https://www.speedtest.net/)
  • Mac OSX: Big Sur (or newer versions, e.g. Ventura, Monterey)
  • Windows: Windows 10, version 22h2 (or newer versions, e.g. Windows 11)
  • Ability to reference and compare database records from sources
  • Fast learner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Documents & Spreadsheets
  • Personal computer/laptop with Operating Systems:
  • Strong attention to detail


Nice to Have

  • Experience as a web researcher or Data Entry clerk
  • Flexible working hours & remote
  • Second European, Middle East or Asian language
  • Education or work experience in the life science (education or professional experience)/ healthcare industry
